A stadium-first ordering platform that redefined the guest experience and increased event revenue by 33%.

The ASB Classic is New Zealand’s premier annual tennis event, hosting top ATP and WTA players. While the tennis was world-class, hospitality services struggled to keep up, with corporate guests facing long wait times and clunky ordering systems.

To elevate the experience, a custom ‘in-seat’ ordering platform was developed. Guests scanned their seat location to order food and drinks directly from their box, removing the need to queue or leave their seats. It was Uber Eats for the stadium, before Uber Eats existed.

The platform was rolled out across all corporate box areas and integrated with onsite operations for real-time delivery. Orders were placed via mobile, tracked instantly, and fulfilled seamlessly.

The result was a 33% increase in hospitality revenue over 3 weeks. Average order time dropped from 30 minutes to 11 minutes.
