Nuzest is a global nutrition company with a loyal following and premium products, but the digital experience was falling short. The website didn’t reflect the brand’s ambition or meet evolving customer expectations. What was seen as ‘good enough’ was holding back growth.

We took a customer-first approach. Instead of designing around platforms or legacy tech, we used real user insights to guide every decision. From first-time visitors seeking product clarity to long-term customers wanting a faster path to checkout, the focus was on removing friction and improving flow.

We redesigned the entire user experience, UI system, and content structure. Every element was shaped by behaviour, not assumption.

The new website is now live and built as a global ecommerce tool shaped around how people actually shop.
