Supie was a membership-based online supermarket created to offer a fairer and more transparent way to shop in New Zealand. With no brand awareness and two dominant competitors, Supie needed to build belief and attract early members.
We defined the brand proposition, shaped the voice, and launched a values-led campaign built around the line “A better tomorrow starts today.” It invited customers to join a movement, not just another supermarket.
The campaign ran across organic social, influencer content, and earned media. Supie gained national coverage and built an engaged community before launch.
When the platform went live, Supie entered the market with strong awareness and a customer base ready to shop from day one.
